CAN YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

Yup – we’ve got you! Although we are a UK based company, we ship worldwide.

If you are based in the USA or another location outside the UK, it will probably be quicker to buy our games from our Amazon US store than through our website though.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY ORDER?

Here are our standard shipping times:

  • FREE UK standard shipping - est. 3 - 5 business days.
  • UK express shipping - est. 1 - 2 business days.
  • Europe standard shipping - est. 3 - 7 business days.
  • Rest of World standard shipping - est. 4 - 9 business days.

All our orders ship within 1 business day. International and UK deliveries are via Royal Mail, Amazon Logistics, UPS and Evri.

When you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation and then a second email containing a tracking code once your order was shipped. You can check the current status of your order by using the tracking code.

If it’s been 3 or more business days since you placed your order and you still haven’t received a tracking email, then please contact us and we’ll see what’s going on!

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED. HELP ME!

Sorry, that’s no fun! We try our very best to make sure that you will receive your order on time, but delays do sometimes occur (especially nearing Christmas when courier services are super busy). If you’ve already checked the tracking code provided when your order was shipped and are still having issues, please contact us and include your name and order confirmation number. We will sort things out for you asap.

CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?

We try to be as speedy as possible and dispatch orders from our warehouse within a few hours of receiving them – for this reason please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to amend any details or wish to cancel it. Unfortunately, we can’t cancel your order or amend your details if it has already been dispatched.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We will be more than happy to issue you with a full refund if you haven't had a blast with our games, or you no longer need an unopened copy that you purchased. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange the return. We will issue your refund within 7 days of receiving the returned item/s. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

OOPS, I PLAYED TOO HARD AND NOW I NEED REPLACEMENT PARTS…CAN YOU HELP?

We’ll take that as a good thing! Contact us and we’ll be happy to send you any replacement parts ASAP so you can let the good times roll!
